grandparent rights - Child Custody & Support - Family Law ...
i guess the case worker has told them that if my husband and i were to take the children out of the home because at this time we currentlt live with then.? they have told them that they needed to call the police and that the police can call them and tell them we are not to have the children.
You guess???? What does that mean?? Does that mean that this is what your in-laws told you the case worker told them?
Obviously, your in-laws can call the police and tell the police anything they like.? However, if most cops were to receive a random phone call saying, "hey, my daughter and her husband, live with us and they are leaving the home and they are not to have the children," they probably would respond by lecturing the caller about prank calls to the police.
Beyond that, I'm not sure what you're asking or what this has to do with so-called "grandparent's rights."
